Wow, I'm such a retard. I never would've thought making the text THEN the bubbles'd make it look so much nicer/would be easier. . . someonehitmeplease. :-I Also, I tried changing Lenny's dad's design around a little to make him look a little older or something. . .I'll get it right someday. . . Also, he's pressing the dial tone button (or whatever it's called) to call his sister in the second to last panel. I don't think I made that clear enough? Also, no one's watching them in the hallway because 1.) They're no dumb enough to skip out their punishment only to get something worse and 2.) That brown blob thing on the ceiling is a camera (I've seen those before somewhere!) someone's probably monitoring them through/they can tell them to go or whatever through the intercom. ANYWAY- LAST PAGE. END OF CHAPTER ONE. HOLY CRAP. I'M DONE, I'M DONE, I'M DOOOOOOOOOONE!! Yeah, sorry it was kind of. . .not so great and visually changing every few pages. I'd think of this more as the "experiment" chapter, you know just trying to get a basic look down and all, and get in the basic swing of drawing the same people over and over and over again. I had a basic idea story idea down when I started this chapter, but I was still pretty much making it up as I went. I'll try to plan things out better in the future. But I still hope you liked this chapter okay! AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING. <3 Seriously, if it wasn't for your support I probably wouldn't continue this (or at least post it on the internet). Now it's hiatus time. I have the next chapter written out, but none of it drawn yet. I want to get a few pages done ahead of time (plus the entire thing drafted out) so I'm not rushed like I was with this one, that means chapter 2 probably won't be up for a while. In the meantime I'll try to post some fillers every other Sunday or so. Hope you like Mighty Ego! :-B p.s. That can't be Quin, he's talking/smiling too much! :-U p.p.s. Her uncle lives with her and her dad, her aunt doesn't. I wasn't going to update the character page till she was mentioned, I kinda forgot. |

This comic just makes me happy. Plain and Simple. We have black blobs on our school cieling. I've always wondered if they were fake or not. At the very least their most likely off all the time @_@ |

I READ IT ALL. Kay, so if I were you, I'd feel SO accomplished. I always start things and either never finish them or if I DO finish them, they're just ideas for chapters I had out of the blue and nothing I do goes in order. Hiatus = constant pages once you start going again? :D I'm fine with that. I REALLY REALLY love this page, btw. And I always meant to say before that I'm fascinated with the fact that you keep up the bad-ass complicated detailed backgrounds. EVERYTHING YOU PRODUCE IS AWESOME. |

Lenny's Dad's sister It kind of confuses me because in the last page Lenny's dad says "dearest sister" but in the character profile it only says Lenny has an uncle. |

Awesome first chapter. I really enjoyed it! I absolutely love your cartoon-ish style and the colors really bring out the characters as well with their funny personalities. I am sooooo going to recommend this comic to my friends. Can't wait for chapter 2! :D |
